Shipping & Processing Times

Shipping times for each product are listed in the description of the product itself. In general, ready to ship pieces will go out within 3-5 days after purchase. Pre-orders will be marked as such and estimated shipping time frames for those products will be listed in the description.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before checking out. I am not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees if I need to send out the package a second time.

I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

Returns

Due to the nature of stained glass, I do not offer refunds on my work. I try to photograph pieces as accurately as possible, as glass can look different from one angle to the next. Any imperfections will be noted in the description of the product and the piece will be priced accordingly. All art is handmade and may include some glass imperfections and wobbles in lines. Art isn't meant to be perfect, and I embrace imperfection in my pieces.

If you would like to cancel an order, I will do so for a full refund as long as I have not shipped the piece yet. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns and refunds are not accepted once piece has been shipped.
I am not responsible for what happens to the piece once it has been shipped. I take time to carefully package each piece to keep it as safe as possible but cannot guarantee how it is handled after it leaves my possession. It's important that when you purchase a piece from me, you are making an intentional decision to invest your money into my art.

If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact me at lucky22studio@gmail.com

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are not available for any custom work.

Care

Stained Glass

Your piece may never need cleaning except for maybe a light dusting every-so-often, or if fingerprints are noticeable on the piece. Your new artwork will come cleaned with a fresh patina, finished with a wax, and polished and ready to hang when it arrives. If you should need to dust it, a light swipe with a microfiber or soft cotton cloth will do the trick. Keep in mind that your new piece is made out of glass and can crack or break with too much pressure, so wipe gently.

Do not use any chemical cleaners or windex on it. If wiping doesn’t do the trick you rinse with water and a mild dish soap, being careful around any painted details, and gently drying immediately after. If you’re missing a little of that fresh shine over time, you can give it a light polish with a bit of furniture wax, like pledge, or a carnuba car wax. Oxidization in the form of a whiteish looking ‘crust’ can occur over time on the lead and solder lines. If this happens, you can usually wipe it away with your fingers or you can use a wet q-tip or soft bristle toothbrush to lightly rub it away. Be careful to avoid contact with anything too abrasive, when handling your piece especially on the soldered lines and patina as it can effect the finish.

Photo Booth Frame

I cut out a piece of foam board to place behind your photostrip when you purchase your piece. I recommend using that foam board to support your photo in the frame, but also as a block from the sun if your piece is place in a window. Sun will bleach your photostrips overtime if there is no protective barrier.

There is no UV protection on the front of the glass, so please be mindful that photos get sunbleached from the front as well if they are directly exposed to light from the front for long durations of time as well.
